    Liked amazing friendly staff and big size hotel.

    The rooms were absolutely perfect and exceptional, and the bathroom was brilliant with a bath. Location: the hotel was near to the bus stop, the Creta Royal and the other island. We found nice Costa Coffee nearby with hot beverages.

    The hotel's 5-star rating feels misleading!!! Aesthetic datedness is evident everywhere, urgent updates needed!!! Evening entertainment options are severely lacking, guests must venture elsewhere for activities!!! Air conditioning noise issues disrupt comfort!!!

    The hotel is located right on the beach and has 2 pools, really a nice place for a chill holiday. The breakfast and dinner were super delicious, and we loved the dinner by the pool with live music, it was beautiful! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfy with a great garden view, cant complain about that.

    Close to the beach ,food , nice staff in restaurant and reception (except for one man in reception who is a little ruud ;))

    Location is only for relaxing , notclose to anywhere ( only beach ) ,When hotel is full ,Finding a place at the pool is so hard ,SOmetimes is impossible

    Very clean hotel: the cleaning ladies were there until very late and did their work very very good, relaxing enviroment: beautiful surroundings around the hotel and the "sister" hotel Creta Star": gardens and trees are fantastic and very clean and the view of some places in the hotel very nice, pleasant stuff (reception-restaurant-cleaning ladies-room service), extra tip the small pool, that make you feel like your home because the customers dont prefer so much! The rooms are a little old, but everything looks in perfect contition-colour-functioability, so it not a problem at all.

    Nothing to bother, maybe a small renvation at the pool area (more beautiful chairs-pool bar) that it would match with the perfect gardens around them! But not something 100% necessary.
